These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of akr999 (hereinafter "akr999", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at akr999.cam. • You must be the beneficial owner of any funds deposited into your Account.

akr999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension, restriction of withdrawals or permanent closure. Being aged 18 or above does not, by itself, make online gambling lawful in your jurisdiction — you remain responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

To access real-money services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete and current information. Each individual may hold only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across those Accounts.

During or following registration, akr999 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process may require you to submit:

• A government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence);

The following security practices are strongly recommended:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available on the Platform;
• Do not access your Account on shared or public devices or over unsecured Wi-Fi networks;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on mobile devices.

akr999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where suspicious activity, potential fraud or a security breach is identified, pending investigation.

By using the akr999 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You expressly agree that:

• You will not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating any form of arbitrage, sports trading service, or automated betting system without prior written consent;
• You will not use any software, bot, script, algorithm or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• You will not attempt to exploit errors, glitches, bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or games to gain an unfair advantage;

• You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Platform's software;

akr999 reserves the right to void wagers, confiscate winnings and permanently suspend Accounts where a breach of these use conditions is identified, with or without prior notice.

Deposits into your akr999 Account must be made using the payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing windows and applicable fees may vary and are subject to change without notice.

Where familiar Pakistani payment rails are referenced — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, IBFT bank transfers, or accounts with HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — these are referenced as payment infrastructure options only. akr999 does not claim that any of these providers endorses, facilitates or approves gambling transactions. The availability of a specific payment method for gambling deposits is subject to the independent policies of the relevant wallet provider or financial institution, which may change without notice to akr999.

You must ensure that:

• All deposited funds are your own money and are from a legitimate source;
• You are the registered account holder of the payment method used;

• Any applicable transaction fees charged by your bank or wallet provider are your own responsibility.

akr999 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the Account holder's name may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Cryptocurrency deposits (where supported) are accepted on specific blockchain networks as indicated in the cashier. Users are responsible for verifying the correct network and wallet address before sending any cryptocurrency. Transactions sent to incorrect addresses or on unsupported networks may be irrecoverable.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with the operator's withdrawal processing procedures.

Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on:

• The payment method selected (e-wallet, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, etc.);
• The User's KYC verification status;

9.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. As an illustrative example only: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

9.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum per-wager stake applies. The specific limit is stated in each promotion's terms (illustratively, this may be in the range of PKR 500–1,000 per round or spin). Placing wagers above this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

9.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino tables, table games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage (e.g. 10–20%) or may be excluded entirely. Game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.

9.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated free spins expire on the date and time specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.

9.5 Bonus Abuse

akr999 reserves the right to withhold bonuses, void associated winnings and suspend Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; collusion between players; exploitation of software errors; low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds to real money with minimal genuine play risk.

9.6 No Guarantee

Bonuses and promotions are offered at the operator's discretion. akr999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. All PKR amounts referenced in promotional materials are illustrative unless confirmed as live offer values in the specific promotion's active terms.

All wagers placed on the akr999 Platform — including sports betting markets, live in-play markets, casino games, crash games and instant-win formats — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• Acceptance of Wagers: A wager is only deemed accepted once the Platform has confirmed the bet and it appears in your account's bet history. No wager is valid until confirmed.
• Odds and Prices: Published odds and prices are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. In the event of a manifestly erroneous price being published due to a technical error, akr999 reserves the right to void affected wagers.

• Using the Platform to process, conceal or launder the proceeds of any criminal activity;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or Platform staff;

All content on the akr999 Platform — including but not limited to the akr999 name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, data compilations, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive property of akr999 or is licensed to akr999 by third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying or distributing any Platform content without express written permission;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content;
• Using the akr999 name, logo or any brand assets for commercial purposes without written authorisation;
• Framing, scraping or mirroring any part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of akr999's intellectual property may result in legal action. Third-party game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is used under licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, akr999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
• Interruptions or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure or force majeure events;
• Errors in displayed odds, game results or account balances subsequently corrected;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, banks or wallet services;
• Consequences arising from your breach of applicable local law in your jurisdiction of residence.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, akr999's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting the support team.

The date of the most recent review of these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated or summarised version of these Terms and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which akr999 holds its operating license, as determined by the operator. Disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence confer jurisdiction on local courts.

akr999 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in respect of its online gaming operations and does not claim to be licensed or regulated by any Pakistani authority.
